A theme throughout my career has been that of helping people and I have often been described as genuine, transparent, and warm. Weather it's working with youth at risk, working in Human Resources, or working with a diverse range of individuals while in therapy, my passion for connecting and learning about people from all walks of life has always been my passion. I take a holistic approach to treatment where we will define your goals, collaborate a treatment plan, and work towards some ways for getting you some relief within your life. My approach is based in providing intervention from a client-focused framework using Narrative Therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and The Gottman's Method.
